Tommy’s career in design began after returning from Europe in the early 1980s. Intent on combining his artistic eye with his love of plants and flowers, he turned to floral display. He soon moved into designing special events – including soap opera weddings and flowers for the TV series “Dynasty” – and from there, expanded into feature films and television.

Today, Tommy continues to work in fresh flowers where his clients have included hotels and high-end floral companies. He works not only on Christmas designs, but also on groundbreaking landscape motifs from topiaries to spatial design and planning. As a garden consultant, Tommy does more than delineate what plants or accessories should go where, he works closely with each client to create a vibrant living space that reflects the desired mood of the surrounding environment. His knowledge of plant species, care and maintenance has made him a highly sought-after specialist.

Yet for Tommy, there’s perhaps no season nearer and dearer to his heart than Christmas. His reputation for creating uniquely enchanting holiday designs have enabled him to work in some of the most exclusive and prestigious private homes and retail locations in the nation including:

Tommy’s exquisite taste isn’t limited to a single season or medium. Through the years, his creative talents have afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most respected professionals in the fields of art, photography and design. Serving as an art director, Tommy has also worked with acclaimed avant-garde photographers and film directors. His trend-setting work has been featured in some of the most famous home & garden and design magazines in the world.

Since technology and the Internet have become such invaluable tools in our everyday lives, Tommy has expanded his talents into computer graphics. He’s a Mac specialist with expertise in digital photography, graphics, music and digital video. When not on location, you’ll likely find Tommy working on one of his computers.
